Please note that custom orders are non-refundable, as they are specially crafted to your specifications. We only entertain refund requests in cases of defects upon arrival, in which we will gladly recreate the item for you.

A: While you can request an address change, it's crucial to note that this can only be done prior to the order being shipped. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order. In the event that your package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility for it.

A: Unfortunately, no. Opting for express or priority shipping relates solely to the shipping method used when we dispatch your package. A: No, we now offer the option of casting our jewelry in platinum as well.

A: While most of our rings feature moissanite stones, we offer the flexibility to change the stones to various colored gems or upgrade them to different colors and shapes. Lab-Grown Diamonds

Q: Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?

A: Yes, we do provide lab-grown diamonds. You can browse our lab-grown diamond section throughout our website.

Q: How do lab-grown diamonds test, as diamonds or moissanite?

A: Lab-grown diamonds are created using two techniques, CVD and HPHT, both of which share the same chemical properties and physical appearance as natural diamonds. HPHT diamonds may occasionally test as moissanite in certain testing methods because testing technology has not been universally updated for effective detection. However, trusted laboratories such as IGI and GIA have the methods to accurately test and verify them. CVD diamonds typically test as diamonds on standard diamond testers and thermal testers.
